We embarked on a creative pursuit with Middle East’s youngest and most influential CEO Talal Moafaq to orchestrate the rebranding endeavor for their flagship master plan project MAG City in MBR, Dubai. After conducting thorough opportunity analysis, we drilled down to accentuate the project inside-out by coordinating with a team of experts, which included the master developer, chief architects, landscape artists and interior designers. The success of the brand lift heralded the start of a new era in MAG Property Development’s award-winning portfolio.

The unpredictability of macroeconomic factors contributed to the demand decline and supply rise in the UAE’s housing sector in Q3 of 2018. The shift towards affordable housing over luxurious housing was the underlying issue.

Experienced investors were opting for ready-made housing options for quick returns and less risk, which affected the off-plan inventory sales in MAG Property development’s portfolio.


To align the brand with the changing trends and audience’s needs in the UAE, we rethought, transformed and enhanced the project quality with the master architects and in-house marketing team. From futuristic architectural solutions to innovative amenities, and from winning pricing strategy to attractive payment plans, every element and touchpoint in the customer experience journey was accentuated.


The progression, energy and positive vibes of the millennials contributed to the dynamic and versatile brand. We positioned the brand around the ‘own
more’ philosophy, which evoked the sheer essence of limitless possibilities.


The online conversion rates doubled, and the site visits hiked from 20% to 60% in the first month of rebranding launch.
