Treading ambitious paths from Morocco to UAE, Chaimaa Holding reimagined the concept of curated living in Dubai. Chaimaa Avenue in JVC is a living example of unprecedented functionality bundled with leading-edge technology. Challenge

Against the backdrop of sluggish demand and excess supply of residential units, a complex challenge of low credibility, little trust and poor recognition awaited the developer. Our primary objective pivoted towards leveraging the value of previously delivered projects in International markets and crafting a compelling brand character aligned with the firm’s cohesive vision.

Solution

We strategically engaged the audience via personalized digital communications, and interactive touchpoints in the customer experience journey. For the developer, we exercised reputation management.

Inspiration

We created a modern-classic brand with an inspiring design that permeated all aspects of marketing. The aesthetics were subtly tied to the cultural commonality that demonstrated the exciting twist of authentic Moroccan heritage blended with contemporary European interiors, and it also preserved the integrity of Chaimaa Holding. We employed a digital marketing strategy blended with seamless customer experience journey and an interactive broker event. 

Results

Chaimaa Avenue Phase 1 was sold out within 7 months despite COVID challenges. Chaimaa Avenue Phase 2 has seen resounding success by selling 60% within the prelaunch phase.
