The Murano Residences were launched as one of many new and exciting projects by Ghreiwati Property Development within the dynamic Al Furjan neighborhood.
Ghreiwati Property Development required a new brand identity & positioning for their excited new development, Murano residences. RUYA was engaged to design a whole new character for the development to capture the value and uniqueness of this project.
Taking inspiration from the famous Venetian art of glass making, Murano Residences were revived with an elegant structure and contemporary colors. Working closely with the developers RUYA achieved a complete 360-degree re-branding, including storytelling, logo development and project visualization for the Murano Residences brand.
The new branding approach, 3D photo-realistic renders, brochure, website designs and positioning as the ART OF LIVING , Murano Residences was launched at Dubai’s largest real estate event, Cityscape global 2015. The project was successfully presented and generated great interest from the buyers and investors in the market.
