RUYA was asked to compose all marketing strategy and communications for The Crest project. We aspired to create a strong, easily understood and embraceable brand. Developing naming, logo and brand identity materials capable of transmitting the values and spirit of the project.
We completed a brand persona that incorporated a consistent look & feel across all the elements that integrate the brand. Developing a brand identity that includes a final logo, a color palette, font options and an imagery style in accordance with brand graphic guidelines. We also created audiovisual materials that reflected the rewarding ‘lifestyle’ rather than that of a real estate project, communicating the ‘softer’ aspects of living rather than ‘sharp’ project specifications.
