Business Development Executive



We are looking for a Business Development Executive that must have an understanding of branding, new business strategies and help Business Development Director to research prospects, arrange cold calls and direct mail outreach. RUYA requires an individual who can help successfully win the pitches and grown projects in pipeline.

– Review magazines/social media/websites to identify potential leads
– Research industry groups for opportunities to grow reach and visibility
– Working with the Director, marketing and discipline partner(s) help coordinate the production schedule for new business sales tools
– Help administer direct mail initiatives (envelop addressing, personalized note cards, etc.)
– Register with search firms and schedule presentations with discipline Partner(s) and Director
– In conjunction with Social Media Associate develop an editorial calendar that supports new business initiatives
– Assist in developing new business capability presentations, proposals and formal pitches (Keynote and Pages experience a plus)

Skills & Competencies:

– 1-2 years of related work experience
– Strong organization, interpersonal, administration and project management skills
– Strong attention to details is a must
– Strong understanding of marketing, digital and branding
– Confident, self-motivating, self-starter
– Team player, confident, self-motivator
– Excellent writing, communication and research skills
– Ability to multi-task
